Shipping policy
PREORDERS:
ALL CANS ON PREORDER PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 4-6 WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE FULFILLED AND 3-5 DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. PREORDER ITEM DELIVERY TIMES VARY. CURRENTLY ALL PREORDERS MADE IN THE MONTH OF FEB. WILL BEGIN SHIPPING OUT THE END OF FEB.
ALSO, THIS WILL BE OUR LAST "PREORDER PHASE" BEGINNING MARCH 1ST WE WILL STAY FULLY IN STOCK AND WILL SHIP OUT 72HRS AFTER PURCHASES ARE MADE, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCES DURING THIS TIME AS WE ADJUSTED TO THE AMOUNT OF VOLUME ORDERS WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING SINCE GOING VIRAL.
REGULAR SHIPPING:
After your order has been placed please allow 48-72 business hrs (excludes holidays) for your order to be fulfilled and sent out. Orders will be sent out Monday- Friday, orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be sent out Monday and orders placed on Sunday will be fulfilled and sent out Monday you will then be sent a tracking number via email. Please note that fulillment time does not include shipping times.
If you have not received your order or tracking info please contact us at info@mycanco.com. My Can is not responsible for your package once it has been sent out, please contact USPS or your international carrier with concerns regarding your package.
If there is an issue with your order you will need to contact us within 48hrs at info@mycanco.com
Returns are allowed within 14 days of purchase must be unopened and in original packaging for sanitary purposes no opened product will be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders that show up "delivered" according to USPS or DHL will not be re-shipped or refunded.
